“The front desk lady in the evening was very kind when we came to her about my fitted sheet on my bed had face makeup all over it. On the side, in the middle and on front of fitted sheet. She offered if we wanted to upgrade to a nicer room. We opted out because my disabled daughter was already asleep in the other bed and it wasn't worth waking her up. “The card key to the back end of the building didn't work as it should have. We had to have someone show us how to hold the card key on the reader while, at the same time, pushing in and firmly pulling the door handle out to get it to release. The room numbers were so dark indicating which room was which that coming into the building from the outside, my eyes couldn't adjust fast enough to read the room numbers, which was quite inconvenient. Providing shower shampoo was a plus, but the……

“Staff was so sweet, specifically the lovely lady at check-in with glasses. Room was clean, view was awesome. Food in the pub was great, just slightly expensive. Would definitely stay here again!”

“When we arrived, the front desk told us our reservation had been cancelled due to "over booking". I made the reservation 2 months in advance. Never received notice that it had been cancelled. The woman at the front desk was not friendly at all and didn't offer any help or compassion about our reservation being cancelled. “We were greeted upon arrival and able to check in early so that we could use the pool! It was a hot sunny day and the room was cool upon entering. Very clean. Great view of Centralia. Our room was right by the elevator but we couldnt hear a thing. The beds are probably the most comfortable Ive slept in at any other establishment. Breakfast was so good and check out was seemless! Will definitely stay again!!”

“This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The front desk staff member was welcoming and very thorough during my check-in and check-out. She covered everything I needed to know. I had an excellent room. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast room was the most spacious I've ever seen. Lots of tables. They even have an outdoor patio as another location for eating breakfast, or just hanging out overlooking a river.”
