「5 stars. The service was phenomenal, the spa was great. The pool was beautiful, and a great walkable location to downtown. We also used the bikes to the beach in the AM and they have 4 cards you can use for free, for 4 hour intervals (which we took to dinner) including a G wagon and Maybach. They also supposed us with several treats and gave us a onesie for our baby on the way. Top notch and can’t wait to return.」

「We paid for a 4 1/2 star stay at this property, but we honestly felt that it should be rated no more than a two star! We were put in one of four buildings, and this particular building was completely outdated. Furnishings were old and dirty, and the carpeting was filthy…. The lightning was so dim, it made it impossible to safely climb and descend a very crooked steep staircase. The bed was comfortable but the carpet in the bedroom was filthy, and there are no outlets other than in the bathroom...

「The inn seems to be still undergoing construction. Many areas of the rebuild are incomplete or shoddily done. I was not a fan of the parking situation. The bed was comfortable.」

「There is not much service here, card reader would not let me in and fortunately I could go through the restaurant even though they were closed. Because desk not manned after hours. Card worked earlier but not later when came back to hotel.」

「Very nice stay, only one night as we were passing through, but less than a mile from downtown. There was a shared room door between our room and the next, so could hear muffled voices through that. Breakfast was fine, wife has celiacs, and there was not much for her.」

「For our continental breakfast, we enjoyed sitting by the water We didn’t like because we arrived late. Our flight got delayed; we couldn’t get in to our room. Had to call an emergency number for someone to tell us where our room key was going to be.」

「Superb location. Easy and beautiful walk to downtown to avoid all the parking hassle there. Staff is out of this world and the breakfast, we want to go back just for that!!!」

「Breakfast is an embarrassment. The property has only one amenity-a small pool, usually loaded with kids. There is no fitness facility, no bikes, no beach passes, long walk to restaurants, no internet streaming on tv, YET they charge a fine print type surcharge of $35 per night called a property charge. If you visit off swim season you get nada for that $35.」
