「Below average rooms. Perhaps the heavy use by the various groups attending sporting events and conventions makes it difficult to keep the rooms in top working order. To be a Hyatt property the quality of the experience is way off. The common areas were nice enough, but the room itself was long past its prime. Banged up, roughed up, worn down/out. 「Stayed here when going to a Reds game. There might be no more convenient place to stay. An easy walk across the bridge to the stadium (the hotel sits right at the foot of the bridge). Scenic views of the city and the stadium. The hotel was a typical Hampton Inn but clean and well-kept. Kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast met our needs. Worth the stay for convenience alone!」

「Good location, we walked to the Reds ballpark but there was also a cheap shuttle option right outside the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. All staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. Our room had a couple minor maintenance issues we didn't bring up until checkout but overall recommend for a budget friendly option!」
