「Fantastic place to stay! The staff were super helpful and always available whenever needed. A massive shout-out to the chef for making a banging breakfast every single morning. The room was incredibly comfy and clean, so I slept soundly every night. Wifi available throughout the hotel. ​Getting around was effortless, with a convenient Uber pick-up spot right outside. Plus, having The Waterfront shopping mall directly opposite on the main road was brilliant, plenty of great options for food and...

「I don't do reviews but if I had read this I'd have booked elsewhere. This property photographs well..but it's glory days are gone. It is well used and dusty even before you get to your room. I know I'm in Kenya but that's no excuse. The little things are lacking too. Customer service was great with the security team but it ends there. The girls in the lobby are like deers in the headlights. We got to the room and appliances were not working. We had seafood so a working fridge/freezer is a must....

「The property is nothing like what it claims to be; it's an unpleasant place and the staff is unfriendly. It's not fit to be called an apartment, much less an executive apartment. I will never return to that place, and I've already told my friends and family who were planning to stay there not to. Honestly, I don't recommend it in any way.」
