"Had to wait for thirty other folks to check in But my other two rooms for coworkers got to check in . So just over an hour later they gave me a real nice big ro With the jacuzzis tub huge dinning roll and Landry and double balcony with a loft on top of the balcony for great 369 degree viewing So was a great spot Great restaurant by the pool bar and by the lobby real good food "

"The room was acceptable, although not great. The cleaning staff was very friendly. The front desk staff was mediocre. Not all staff were attentive and meeting the basic needs of guests, in general. There was one staff person who was very good at her job and consequently ended up taking over others' work in order to meet the needs of guests. The golf cart rental service was great! The jet ski rental services were not good. "

"This property is tired and needs a deep cleaning. The staff is non existent. We stayed 5 days and asked for/but didn’t receive any housekeeping- including towels! I ended up taking some off one of the cleaning carts."
