The place is set up like a college dorm. Staff was very helpful. Location was quiet and close enough to Duval street. If i had a group of twenty year olds that would be the place to go, but as a single traveler I would prefer another hotel.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Pools and hot tubs were great....especially on those cooler evenings. We rented the bikes. Had so much fun exploring. Our room was good for the 3 girls (we ran the half marathon) but the floor was filthy in room 216.....only complaint.

It was PARADISE! Laid back, easy going helpful hosts at the front desk. Room was small and a tad dated but for the price it was perfect. We rented bikes for $15, super convenient & inexpensive. Wonderful continental breakfast. The location was wonderful, close to everything fun, the last day after we checked out at 11, they held our luggage for us and it was a pleasant surprise that there was outdoor showers as well as an indoor shower at the poolside restroom. It was windy in Key West but couldn’t tell next to the pool with the complex and the palm trees breaking the wind.

Room was not spotless, the blanket and mattress was wet with water when we arrived. When asked them to replace the mattress or do something about it they mentioned it’s not possible. Place itself was pretty good and the properly itself is very pretty.

The property is in great location. Daily room service was advertised but none provided, no bottle of wine was provided as part of the offer, the room itself requires updating and repairs, we did let the front desk know to add missing hooks in the bathroom but this was not done. We also did not know that the property had rooms very high up the stairs with no elevator. The management should take more care of the property.
