Didn't Want To Leave

The unit was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The property was beautiful and well maintained, with beautiful views from the beach area. The pool was spectacular, and the hot tub was relaxing and the perfect temperature. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, great for walking and easy access to both Smathers and Higgs Beaches. Communication with the host and the property management company was excellent. We will be back!

Our stay at KW Condo

We enjoyed it very much. Condo was clean, roomy, and had a great view of the ocean. Pool was great as well; we enjoyed it very much. Went to Duvall St. to get a feel for the island, since we hadn't been here since 2010. All in all. we had a great time.

Key West at Last

My wife and two grown children and my 80 year old father-in-law had a great time. The property was everything we needed expected from the listing. I can’t say enough about the location as everything was easily accessible but far enough to maintain the resort feel. Father-in-law is already planning a return trip.

This property was great! The perfect stay four our family of 4 for the week. The property owner was responsive and the location is as described. Clean comfortable location with a perfect spot to watch the Fireworks for the 4th right on the property so you can avoid the crowds on Higgs and Smathers beach. The guest book was helpful in finding a kayak trip for us and lead to a great and memorable time kayaking with Tortugas Jack who was such a great and fun guide through the mangroves. Will stay here again next time staying in Key West!

Paradise

Our stay was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we entered the unit till the time of checkout we were just in aww. The photos online are exactly as the unit appears. The view, amenities, parking, closeness to everything was top notch as described. Communiation with property owner was so timely and appreciated. Parking is wonderful shall you rent a vehicle. Definitely home away from home. I will 100% return but, for more than one week. The comfort of the unit and property will keep me returning for years to come. It's a full 10/10 in my opinion.

Key West Condo

If you are looking for space, this condo is it! The room sizes were great and the balcony was big. The condo was well stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, etc. which was very nice. The condo building itself could you some renovations. The carpets were very worn in the hallways and better lighting and paint would help. The grounds were kept clean and the view was great and the pool was huge. It was a great place to stay for our first Key West experience!

Ready to experience Key West

Property was in a great location. Less thn 2 miles from the airport, overlooking the ocean/beach and easy access to Duvall and downtown. Pool area and gardens were very nice and always clean. Property showing its age in some areas and elevators and hallways were very warm. Our unit was ok, but 2nd bedroom never got cool enough to sleep comfortably and the decor was way dated (think late 80s early 90s). Didn’t feel it was worth the price. To be fair, the owner did reach out and drive down from Miami to check on the air and did get a little better but still uncomfortable. Overall disappointed with my selection on this one.

Great condo with amazing ocean views

The views are even better than the photos. If you value being able to stare out at the ocean from your coach or out on the lanai you cannot go wrong. We really enjoyed the location as it was only a few minute bike, or 5 minute walk to beautiful Smather's Beach. We rented bikes and it was 10 a minute ride to Duval Street. Riding back and forth either on the coast or through the neighborhoods was a ton of fun. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids and the adults alike. The condo is nice and shaded in the morning to drink your coffee or eat breakfast on the patio. It gets quite sunny and warm in the afternoon if you want to lay out on comfy lounge chairs. The covered parking was a big plus. Tennis courts looked nice and people were playing but we did not use them. It is a great condo if you want those ocean views!

Staying here felt like being at a top resort, with its ocean view from the room, Olympic size pool, and beautiful gardens. It’s also perfectly located with a short drive to great restaurants and sights. We also appreciated Mike’s positive response to our request to extend our stay an extra night. Great place to vacation!
