Wonderful property! Comfortable beds, plenty of room and 3 full baths! Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Perfect location for Skiing at Keystone. We loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. We will definitely book again!

Perfect getaway

We had 4 adults and 5 kids staying during Spring Break, and this was a perfect place to accommodate our families. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious, there were a variety of games and books available for entertainment, and there were just about every type of cooking gadget/pot/pan/utensil you could want or need available. It was a quick and easy drive down to Mountain House for our kids’ ski lessons and equally as easy to get to River Run. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything was modern and looked really nice. Everyone had its own thermostat so you can adjust to your liking. Location was just a 2 minutes walk to the shuttle as well so didn't have to walk too far. Would highly recommend this place!

Keystone Christmas get away

We usually go to Telluride or Park city and decided to try Keystone. This tennis condo place was great. Super clean and bright. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Was a great place for our senior and 8th grader to have their own space. I used the tennis club down the road and the grocery store wasn’t too far. We didn’t make it to ski the mountain but enjoyed the scenery. They made it very easy to check in and out and texted us throughout to make sure we were taken care of.

Everything You Need and More

We were in town for a business conference at the Keystone Conference Center. So that was a huge plus being literally around the corner. When we walked in we were very, very, impressed and pleased with the setup and modern style and floor plan. Once we started settling in we began to notice that we had everything we could possible need down from chip bag clips up to an air fryer. Not to mention GLASS dishes and glasses. The kitchen was FULLY setup and ready to accomadate any meal prep. The bedrooms all worked out perfectly for the 5 of us. They also had everything we could need. This was by far the best stay, hands down that we have had.Thanks for Everything!, we b egan tonotice

The pool was a little confusing to get to as on the map we thought we could get there by road but it was actually a walking path. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! However, I would call to have the pool uncovered before you get there as it sometimes takes a while and if you’re with kids it can be hard to keep them out while they wait! Overall we were very pleased and would rent here again!

If these were fixed then it could have been a fantastic place to stay. Some examples of the problems:1. bathroom sinks did not drain2. Maintenance did not come to fix sinks3. toilet seat was literally completely detached from the toiletIf these and other problems were fixed then it would have been a very nice place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting from SCMR. Both times we were in 1337 Tennis Townhome. Loved everything about working with SCMR. The booking process, pricing, their customer service (extremely prompt and personal); the condo unit itself (very well stacked with normal stuff a unit should have but also had every kitchen utensil or gadget you would want and a ton of spices!!!) There is a smart TV. Unit is very clean and well maintained. Condo is very close to Mountain House west and has shuttle service. There is also a free parking lot nearby that we used to park and then shuttle to the slopes. Close to Good restaurants and grocery stores. I would recommend this unit/SCMR since we definitely plan on coming back here again.

Happy to hear that the owner has plans to remodel the kitchen which is very small. New appliances. Well stocked kitchen and some of the pots have been replaced since last review. No place to keep skies but sounds like they have included that in the remodel. Overall fairly clean but master bath grout needs some work and carpet could use a good cleaning. Plenty of very plush towels provided.Location is close to ski areas. A deck addition off the sliding glass doors to enjoy the wonderful back area and a grill would be a major plus to this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhome was a blessing! Very clean, well-stocked, spacious and comfortable for our family of nine. We appreciated all the windows, views and the townhome's convenient location to a number of our favorite activities including:- Bike Rentals; we highly recommend using Mountain View Sports about 3 minutes away; their e-bike rentals were wonderful and got us from Dillon back to the condo easily. - Hiking; we recommend parking at Loveland Pass for a morning hike up either the west side for a nice moderate hike or the east side for an intense hike up to Cupid and Grizzly Peaks - both sides have incredible views and the July flowers were spectacular.- Picnic lunch and dinner at Lake Dillon (near marina) and stay for a sunset.- Also, catch the sunset at Sapphire Point (a very easy hike).- Kayaking on Lake Dillon (Our adult kids used Frisco Bay Marina since it was less expensive)- Keystone Lake walking/bike path (about 5-10 minute walk from condo)- Tennis Townhome pool was very nice (and heated).The digital check in/check out process was simple and quick, and Summit County Mountain Retreats was easy to work with. We would stay here again without question!
