住宿體驗比預期好，整體優點明顯，不挑骨頭的話也沒什麼缺點。 位置方面，酒店位於心齋橋，與地鐵站步行距離約5至10分鐘，步行至連接地鐵站的地下街更只需2分鐘，鄰近心齋橋商店街亦方便購物，酒店樓下對面也有便利店方便買宵夜和日用品。 環境方面，酒店大堂擺設挺有心思，沙發也夠舒適，整體風格能讓人留下印象。 服務方面倒是相對普通，大概是因為酒店開業時間不長，員工也普遍年輕，整體服務體驗沒有傳統日本酒店業那麼嚴謹，算是不過不失。 房間方面，我預訂的是三人床房，這間酒店的房間面積本來就相對較小，放置三張床後，更難免顯得擠迫，這個缺點倒是預期之內，畢竟這個價錢定位配上它的地理優勢和整潔程度還是值得的，房間配置也沒有問題，傢俬用品都夠新淨，至於房間燈光方面確實稍微偏暗，適應後倒不算什麼大問題。 此外，家人都挺推薦到他們的咖啡廳享用早餐，早上10點前都有免費麵包、冬甩、咖啡及檸檬水提供，雖然選擇不多，但是環境舒適平靜，先在這裏享用一下早餐再向旅程出發也是個不錯的選擇。

Nothing to complain about my experience with Intercontinental Osaka. The room is spacious and modern, the twin room is super big to accommodate my family of 3 adults. All facilities are there for our needs. This is my second time to stay in this hotel and I will surely come again in future if I visit Osaka. Last but not least, all the servicing staffs are passionate in their jobs when they placed customers in the first place. Thanks all of you to make me feel so good during my 3 nights there!
