「The property was excellent and our host was wonderful!!」

「到着時に近くの駐車場まで丁寧にご案内いただいたり、チェックアウト後に忘れ物等のチェックをした上でのご挨拶の電話をいただいたりと、オーナーご夫妻様の心配りを十分に感じさせていただきました。風呂もベッドルームも快適で、朝食やスナック等のサービスも十分でした。またお願いしたい宿の一つにさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。」

「間屋好靚, 設備齊全, 無可挑剔. 同相片一樣, 適合一家大小或一班朋友租住. 行十分鐘一條大直路可以到達大宮站, 可到河源町, 或到大阪, 好方便. 又近嵐山電車站. 附近有間大超市, 可以買野番屋食. 」

「It is disappointing that the room was not cleaned up at all and everything was in a mess when we checked in at 5pm. We went to the place we checked in and complained. The manager did apologize sincerely and promise to clean up the room in 2 hours and refund partially to us. The room had been cleaned up when we came back at 10pm and it was actually quite cosy - bright and good air conditioning. It's a pity that it couldn't leave us a good first impression. Also. the room's insulation is poor...

「Beautiful house with great design in really great neighborhood. For us it was okay but the stairs were very steep so keep that in mind. The bathroom is outside so not sure how comfortable this is in the winter. But it was a nicely designed bathroom and the foot bath is a great feature after a long day of walking. 」

「We had a fantastic time here. Our host greeted us upon arrival and asked if we would like to participate in an authentic tea ceremony. We got dressed in provided outfits, and the kids loved making matcha tea with the host. We loved the two levels, the indoor and outdoor baths, and the washing machine (kids use up a lot of clothes). 「Property was excellent. Easy to trains and buses. Kitchenette was fully stocked. Had everything you need if you wanted to prepare your own food. Only problem is property is close to a busy street and tradfic noise during the dav is a problem. Other than that, highly recommend. 」

「It was a great property for a large group that expressed the unique culture of Kyoto. Nice local cuisine options in the area and is a decent area as a hub after a day's activities. The one caveat is that depending on your schedule it may be easier to cab rather than take the local buses nearby. 」
