“We couldn’t understand why we had to contact the management company every time we wanted to turn the spa on. We totally missed it on Saturday night after the wedding and leaving early to get in the spa. No one responded to our request.We had to call to get the front door to lock because the batteries needed to be replaced. The TV controllers were very confusing. We were told not to use certain ones but none of them were labeled and batteries needed to be replaced.We couldn’t get the outside……

“When we arrived, house had not been cleaned. Blood on pillows, crumbs on ground and countertop. We were unable to get A/C to work….thankfully it was winter. The property manager was able to get it cleaned. One strange/dangerous thing is the microwave is above the refrigerator. The house and rooms are nice. ”

“Beautiful house, well-appointed, clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It is a bit far outside of town, but it makes it nice and quiet. We got a noise complaint one night from a singular outburst from one friend at the pool which seemed a little excessive. We weren't playing music or being rowdy. So note that they take quiet hours very seriously. Also, I got multiple notices on email and text, maybe overkill. Lastly, I tried to send questions through VRBO, but got no……
