"I've visited a few different Village hotels before but never stayed. The hotel was lovely. Very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Bristol Parkway station and Patchway station"

"This is an iconic and truly lovely venue which we’ve been using for 20plus years. Its new parking regime is complicated, the app is frustrating and it genuinely distracts from a lovely place to relax and unwind. Have to constantly top up the stay. Which is a pain but when there is so little phone coverage is positively annoying. Shame, as it’s really put us off and changed our thoughts on using it for work and leisure going forward. Staff are utterly lovely, professional and friendly."
