「I loved staying at the Hotel Roosje van de Kaap - Helpi was so welcoming and super friendly. The hotel has a restaurant but is also close to other dining options. There's also onsite parking - I'd definitely stay again next time I'm in Swellendam.」

「We loved our stay at Doorn Kraal. Firstly the staff are lovely and so professional. Our room (the 2 bedroom cottage) was super neat and tidy, and it had everything we needed and it was very quiet as it’s a bit further away. Just be mindful at night, there may be one or two spiders in the trees when you walk to the cottage (have a flashlight). The food was soo delicious, we could not stop thinking about the wonderful dinner. We will stay again. Thanks to all the staff! 」

「We liked everything! The bed was super comfortable and we are quite fussy when it come to beds. The rooms were clean and towels were changed everything. The best was the friendly staff - you were amazing! Do not miss the buffet - it's to die for. Some positive critique to work on (room 24): - We were in a street facing room, so there was noice from the street. - Cold water tap needs to be attended to … seems like no water and then all of a sudden a gush of it. - mattrasses can be opgraded/replaced, is very thin. (Bedding is very nice) 」

All our comforts were met, the staff is very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious.
