「This is an older Hampton Inn, so not as advertised on Expedia. Pros: good breakfast with lots of options and available until 10. Room was clean. Cons: strong odor of cleaning products/peroxide in room that never dissipates. Big chain marketing itself as an independent inn so it was difficult to find it and then they lead with all their fees as you check in, so the vibe is the opposite of what we were trying to book. Property was older, business center was a bunch of what appeared to be computer...

「I didn't need anything fancy. I just needed somewhere to stay for a couple of nights. This place was good for my budget, and the person who helped me at the service desk was extremely kind.」

「This facility has some good features. The appliances were above average. However, when we arrived there was flood damage that occurred when a guest knocked off a fire sprinkler head, so NO handicap accessible were available. This was a problem for my wife, who could not get out of the tub of their standard room. The office was closed, but a Woodspring employee named Jay helped by supplying towels to create a pile ramp that she could back up & out- otherwise I would have had to call the fire...

「Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that covers the utilities was hanging open unable to close. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a make over and attention. It is in a convenient location but I doubt I’ll be staying there again.」

「The A/C worked but was loud, it was an older motel and mostly clean. My mother who is in her 80’s like the grab bar in the shower. We were by the stairs and ice machine and the noise from other guests were louder than the a/c. Worked for the night but glad we didn’t stay there for our vacation. 」

「The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before.」
