「The bathroom was very dirty. Hair in sink and on floor. Also felt like we were bothering the lady who checked us in. Checkout was much friendlier」

「I loved the room, pool and outdoor area. The location was perfect and surrounding area had many stores and restaurants. My only complaint was paying for parking in the road. Makes no sense.」

「This was my 3rd or 4th time staying here. As always the hotel was very clean and staff are very welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent area with tons of shops and food options all within walking distance. My only negative is that the elevator can sometimes take a while due to there only being one and staff and guests both have to use it, but it’s really not that bad. Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel to someone.」

「I had mixed feelings about my stay. The biggest issue was the hotel's parking situation and ongoing renovations. Parking was extremely inconvenient, and the construction created significant delays and timing issues throughout my visit. It made getting in and out of the hotel much more difficult than expected and took away from the overall experience. That said, the staff truly made a positive impression. 「Our stay at the Harmony House was exactly what we needed. It is conveniently located close to local restaurants, downtown/Broadway, and Vanderbilt. Checkin/out, Communication before/during, and Parking were all quick and easy. We had plenty of space which was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!」

「The room was fine for my needs. I was able to rest well. The bed was very comfortable. There were no issues with noises or anything and the hotel is conveniently located. There was, however, an outside door that could potentially be accessed by anyone. The keycard reader wasn't working on it, but it also didn't fully shut, so it could easily be opened without a keycard.」

「We recently stayed at the Hilton in Green Hills, Nashville and overall had a nice experience. The hotel itself has some great features, especially the rooftop pool and bar, which were definite highlights and made for a really enjoyable stay. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. When we mentioned that our initial room had a bit of a smell, they were quick to help and moved us to another room, which we really appreciated. That said, the rooms didn’t quite live up to the photos online....
