"Horrible stay.... Arrived on a night it was 40 degrees and the heat didn't work in the room. There also weren't any curtains in the room. When i called to notify the front desk I was told they were completely booked so they couldnt change my room and no one was there to fix the heat. I asked for a refund and was told to speak with management the following morning. Being i was there for basketball tournament weekend I decided to tough out the night. The next morning i went to shower and the whole faucet fell off. I went on down to check out and discuss my stay with management. The manager straight up lied to my face saying he would refund half my money but my receipt would be sent via expedia. So i asked to take a pic of the screen showing he'd refund me. It wasnt until a week after not getting refunded that i looked back at the pic. Well plain as day it showed he didn't hit checkout so he obviously changed it after i left. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and again i only stayed because most hotels in the area were already booked. Its sad that the manager lied knowing all that was wrong. "

"Good area. Property clean and well arranged. Had a room with a roll in shower. Dumb set up. Shower curtain stopped 12 inches above the floor. Water EVERYWHERE except heading toward the floor drain. Cold water in the sink - a trickle. "

"Terrible location right beside an active train yard. Trains brakes squeeling and blaring horns 24 hours a day. Breakfast consisted of white bread and frozen butter or waffles. Housekeeping started carts rolling noisily around at 5 a.m. Hotel staff not friendly to rude. Rooms were small but pretty clean and water was hot enough for showers. Mattresses were very hard. Would not stay here again. "

"Odd odd odd builsing layout. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Right on top of train tracks...11p and 5a train roll through."

"I was pulling a trailer and it was a little challenging to get to the property and the parking was a little tricky. I had to a trouble finding the right entrance for oversized vehicle parking. "

"I have no complaints other than the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable due to sunken issues where hard places made sleep difificult. Everything else was excellent!"
