Location extremely convenient. Right on top of the metro/train hub, shopping mall and local back alley restaurants all within 5 mins walk, walking distance to the high end consulate/museum district. Hotel itself very clean, amenities sufficient. Will come back next time.

the room is big enough and comfortable

Very clean and tidy facilities. Nice buffet dinner and breakfast. Need to try this Japanese style buffet once in a life time. Helpful and polite staff. Require shuttle bus to transit between train station and the hotel but not a problem if you got the timetable.

Near Kobe main JR station, room are clean, reasonable price, staff are friendly. However construction is proceeding in front of hotel, should notice residents after booking. Overall solid choice

完美

Very good experience:) will come next time
