very very very "BAD" 這是我住過最爛的「民宿」，跟網站上看到的感覺相差很多，首先這個民宿沒有電梯，客房的樓梯是在旁邊獨立出來的，櫃台在一樓，一開始服務人員服務態度就很差，因為考量只住一晚，CHECK IN的時候有跟櫃台人員說隔天早上6點就要退房，趕著去搭7點的船，2個大行李箱就寄在櫃台，省得走樓梯提到樓上客房，也請櫃台人員接洽TAXI隔天早上6點過來接送。客房內沒有吹風機、沒有電熱水壺，晚上9點多洗完澡走下1樓櫃台借吹風機才發現大廳的門已鎖起來，沒有服務人員，且發現門前有放一張公告寫著：「如果房客退房時間較早的話，請直接將客房鑰匙投入信箱」，也就是說我隔天早上6點退房的時候大廳應該仍是鎖住的，而我的行李仍然寄放在大廳，更糟糕的是飯店的聯絡電話根本沒人接聽，打電話請求觀光警察協助也沒辦法，民宿職員明明知道我隔天6點就要退房，也知道我行李寄在大廳，竟然不跟跟我說他們夜間到隔天早上8點這段時間是沒有人的，且聯絡電話也打不通，真的很爛很爛。直到隔天早上5點45分計程車司機來接我時，跟司機說明情形，司機也覺得飯店很離譜，幸好這個司機有這個民宿職員的電話，幫我聯絡職員來開門，職員到約6點15分才過來開門，害我差點趕不上離開蘇美的船，真的是非常非常非常爛的「民宿」

Enkelt og behagelig sted i Bo Phut, Koh Samui.

Dette er et enkelt hotell. Men for et kort opphold er det helt utmerket. Det er rent, stille og for vår del: Hyggelig betjening. Om enn ikke helt oppdatert på detaljer. Det var et lokalt strømbrudd siste dagen. Det var varslet av myndighetene. På et større hotell ville de trolig skjønt at det var en ide å si i fra om. Men generelt er dette et helt OK sted. Det har svært bra havutsikt om man booker rom med sea-view. Balkongen på den siden er mye verdt.

Slightly dated small, 8? rooms. Concrete but very comfortable large bed, concrete bedside cabinets, no drawers, looked, concrete wardrobe space. Don't miss the rooftop spa pool. Very helpful staff, talk to them about any trips, tours or activities you want to do, they have is a10% discount.

The property was ideally situated for the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff were lovely and very helpful in booking trips, taxis etc. The wireless was hit and miss which was frustrating! We had a problem with the ceiling fan making such a noise that you couldn't use it at night (would have preferred this to AC). The mini safe was faulty, but we did manage to use it. All of the above were reported to the receptionist. The room constantly had an unpleasant smell such as damp/mildew/drains (not sure which)

A great place to relax

We stayed in a beautiful beach front villa which was fantastic. The water was literally at your doorstep. Great value for the room. 😄 Location great for fisherman village just outside the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was well maintained daily. Some minor items to note - shower water pressure and heat was very average; no hair dryer in room however hotel did provide when asked; no complimentary water provided daily; pool is a rooftop pool and only accessible via stairs, railing in pool is not great so care needed when entering. Overall these Issues are easily overlooked when weighing up whether to stay. Would definitely stay here again in 1 of the beachfront villas if we were to come back to Fisherman’s Village.

Published photos flatter the hotel.A/C was faulty on arrival which the hotel knew about but did nothing until we complained. Room tiny no room for luggage. Good views of beach and Kho Phangahan. Good location for Fishermans Village etc.

Ok if you like Fisherman's Village but not for me.

Location is good if Fisherman's Village is your thing. Personally Maenam Beach is more to my taste. Fisherman's Village is so focused on European tourists and relatively very expensive. The hotel is fine and if you're not interested in swimming in the sea then it's pretty good. Outside the room the water wasn't too clean due to the clay and sharp shells in the water. Breakfast isn't included and pretty pricey. This did lead us to find the Fisherman's Cafe around the corner which was one of the highlights of the area. The bed was also very saggy and not too comfortable. After sleeping well all around Thailand, I slept very badly here. Scooter hire at the hotel uses a local service and the bikes are a bit tatty. Based on other reviews of the service I took the insurance option which made the bike 500 baht per day as opposed to the usual headline price of 300. This is a general issue that the slightest problem without insurance and you'll end up paying for it

Great for 2 or 1 night stopover

On arrival the lady was very freindly but after a few days it appeared that they knew very little. Our first night was very noisy from the Jacuzzi pump going all night. Had six nights here and really it was a bit long. if I hadn't have paid in full I would have gone elsewhere. The hotel did not have the basics like a kettle for tea and coffee and complmentary water. The outside is run down and outdated but the rooms were clean, the cleaners do a great job and The view is great..The stairs however kill you going up and down all day. I would only recommend a one or two day stopover before flying out. I personally would not be returning as there are far better hotels near by.

l stayed here 2nights and made a use of pool. pool is the top of roof. When l used it ,l was soo surprised to see great view! you see beautiful sea, koh Pangan and koh tao in top of roof!

Accueil simple et adorable dans ce petit hôtel très bien placé au cœur de Fisherman Village Bon confort, propreté, personnel à vos petits soins, adorable petite terrasse vue sur mer, piscine sur le toit très agreable. Hôtel sans grand intérêt ne possédant ni bar ni salle de restaurant. Nuit tres onéreuse pour la qualité mediocre des services proposés par l'établissement. Chambre propre et spacieuse rien a redire a ce niveau là. Une bouilloire cependant serait la bienvenue. Vous pourrez aisément trouver bien mieux et pour moins cher... inadapté si vous souhaitez "vivre à la Thaï"

Poolen ligger på taget og måler ca 2 x 3 meter! Det var en joke. Ac og køleskab larmede for meget. Stranden var belastet af kloakudløb ca 50 meter fra hotellet. Morgenmad består af tørt brød og kaffen er en blanding af kaffe, mælk og sød chokolade. Personalet var som thaier altid er, meget venlige, der var bare ikke ret meget at gøre med.
