"Room is clean and small as expected in most low cost hotels in japan, but overall it's good. There is an underground tunnel that connects JR Shinjuku Station that takes 10 minutes walk. Inside the hotel there is Family Mart and Lawson, nearby there is 7-11."
"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel truly welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering a lovely view and everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and family-friendly attractions like DiverCity, Aqua City, and LEGOLAND Discovery Center—all within walking distance.
As a family traveling with young children, we especially appreciated how kid-friendly the hotel is. The check-in process was smooth, the elevators were stroller-accessible, and there were thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay easier and more enjoyable.
