The hotel was spotless from top to bottom—cleanliness and attention to detail were clearly top priorities. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of healthy, high-quality food options that made every morning feel like a treat. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa, which was out of this world—beautifully designed, peaceful, and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Osaka. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and an unforgettable experience in Osaka."

"Staff was excellent and very nice, the rooms are small, but that is common in Japan, and the bed is very stiff not my preference but maybe people like that. I would definitely recommend a stay here. The location is excellent. You are right next to the train station. Three minutes walking you can connect from here to Kyoto in under an hour. Which is what we did we stayed here to save money on hotel and just took the train over only cost about three US dollars per person and you go one hour to Kyoto and spend the day there as well."
