“Great hotel in a great location. Breakfast was nice and the bar was good too. Nice clean cosy room and friendly professional staff. The only issue was the street outside got quite noisy during the night, though I'm sure that's normal for this area of Krakow. Really excellent value for money.”

“Overall, it was a very nice hotel. My complaints would include the karaoke bar next door was very loud and open until very late (2 am). It would have been nice to know this beforehand. The water temperature in the shower took constant adjustments or the temperature went up and down significantly. Even with the above complaints, I enjoyed the stay there and would potentially stay there again.”

“Perfectly located, especially with the tram line outside the hotel for those preferring not to walk so far. The two restaurants don’t let it down, and the Polish Michelin Guide Stradom 12 is worth a visit. Hedwigs bar shouldn’t be missed either - fantastic drinks and great service. Even a cigar menu, though not for us. The pool and gym are very well equipped, probably up there with the best I’ve experienced for a hotel like this. Overall, a fantastic hotel nestled in between the old town and the……

“The level of cleanliness was fantastic, the location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the main square with coffee shops on the door step. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all. A very pleasant stay with very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.
We had room only as we enjoy a light breakfast in a busy coffee shop.”

“The hotel is conveniently located by walking distance to old town about 20-25 minutes by walk and only 15 min to Wawel castle.
The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, yet the neighborhood is not perfect. On the way walking to #179 or #304 bus station, it needs go under a turned which is dirty.
They charge only 38 pln for breakfast, but I would rather pay 55 pln for a delicious one like I had in Warsaw. It is very simple breakfast, but coffee machine is……

“Great apartment in an excellent location, very close to the city center and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The apartment was extremely clean, modern, and maintained to a very high standard. It really feels like the owner has thought of every detail to make the stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.
Everything is high quality, with air conditioning in every room and very comfortable beds. Overall, the apartment is comparable to a 5-star hotel in terms of……

“Hotel room was nice and fairly large. Modern and clean… except for a little mess on my bed when I got there. I let them know though and they immediately corrected the issue. There is a little fridge/mini bar situation and the room service burger and potato wedges were good. It is further from the city center than I imagined but a quick inexpensive uber ride there and back. Not any close stores, it’s kind of in a residential area. I would stay there again though. Very nice place!”
