Amazing attentive staff . All very professional. Very help concierge. Excellent club lounge and super staff there. Great rooms . Only dislike no door in bathroom that closed off toilet. Often air con too high in hotels areas!

Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur
The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to KL. An added bonus is that the hotel is located with 5mins walk to popular shopping malls and restaurants.
