Wonderful stay as usual. Spa is still the highlight of my stay. All staff very attentive and respectful. May need to tweak the rooms a bit as I found some loose wall sockets in my room. Toilet seat a bit dislodged. Need to maintain the quality if you are charging more than the surrounding hotels. ...

PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur
Rooms we stayed in were very small but in good condition and fantastic location. Amenities such as the pool were great. Breakfast was fantastic- an array of both Malaysian and western foods. The location was also fabulous (in bukit bintang) area.
