“The staff that looks after the check in is mobile and several different companies rent rooms. We had ZERO problems and we thought it was a great location, 25 minute walk to the Petronas Towers. We had to move to another location and we already miss the unit. 5 stars. ”

Sauna room in the changing room but self-operated, Needed to be preheated for 15-20 mins before use. Will stay there again for next trip.”

“Ayatt location is good, within walking distance to TRX and Pavilion, we even walk to KLCC. The room we get is a new unit, thus it is clean and tidy. The rooms is spacious and view is outstanding. During new year celebration, we get the full view of fireworks display from TRX to KLCC just from the window of our room. Unfortunately the housekeeping is terrible. Out of the 4 nights we stay, they only clean once, basically it's not cleaning, they just make the beds and top up water bottle.……

“It is closed to Conlay station. It takes 15 mins walk to Pavilion shopping mall. In our booking, there are 2 bedrooms and two toilets and one of the bedroom has the view of Petronas Twin Towers. The room keeper, Mr Shohedul helped us to keep our luggage on our final day. Many thanks for his help. We enjoy staying at Eaton Residences.”

“Our money got stolen in both room during our stay. Staff couldn’t help unless police take in charge. This is the worst place I have ever stayed and definitely won’t come back again. Watch out your personal belongings if you are still staying in this place. ”
