Traumhaus am Meer

Das Haus bietet einen wunderbaren Meerblick, klasse Pool und alle Annehmlichkeiten von Klimaanlagen bis Verschattung auf den Terrassen und großzügige Räume. Alles gepflegt und hochwertig. Zugang zum Meer durch den Garten über eine Straße und Treppen, um den Einstieg zu erleichtern. Der Ort mit Restaurants ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Lediglich die Betreuung vor Ort ist ausbaufähig.

Lieber Herr Großkopf, vielen Dank, dass wir bei Ihnen zu Gast sein durften, die Bilder bei Fewo-direkt waren schon viel versprechend, in Wirklichkeit war es noch viel schöner. Ein sehr gepflegtes, außergewöhnliches mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Haus in besonders schöner Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Einfach perfekt

Diese Villa ist der Hammer , alles was man benötigt.. die Lage einmalig , der Ausblick wunderschönen.. ein super Pool.. direkter Meerzugang, der das Baden einzigartig macht . In die nächste Stadt ist es nicht weit und einkaufen auch kein Problem . Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und würden die Villa sofort wieder buchen . Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist super, schnelle Antwort und er hat und sehr geholfen. Auch netter Wahts App Kontakt mit der Nachbarin, die sich um die Schlüsselübergabe gekümmert hat .. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub.. vielen lieben Dank

Traumhaft schön

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Ferienwoche in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Wir haben jede Sekunde in dieser Top ausgestatteten Villa genossen. Der Blick von Terrasse und Poolbereich ist atemberaubend schön. Die Ortschaft Kukljica bietet sehr gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Nachbarin Vorort war herzlich.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in Kukljica verbracht. Im Ferienhaus haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und die vorbeifahrenden Boote ist fantastisch, den Pool haben wir täglich in Beschlag genommen. Man kann auch direkt vor dem Haus im Meer baden, der Einstieg ist jedoch steinig. Mit den Rädern konnten wir kleine Einkäufe erledigen und sind gern damit zum Abendessen an den Hafen gefahren. Der Kontakt zu Frau Bosco lief reibungslos über Whats App. Ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Ferienhaus!

Fantastiskt hus med underbar utsikt!

Vi älskade huset, det var väl sorterat , modernt rent och fräscht. Terrassen var väl tilltagen runt om huset med en vacker utsikt och en strid ström båtar som passerade förbi. Utomhus grillen var mycket uppskattad av oss och användes ofta! Väl tilltagna sovrum med sköna sängar. Vi återkommer gärna till huset igen😃👍 Hälsningar Familjen Holmberg

Superschöne Villa mit Zufriedenheitsgarantie

Wir haben knapp 10 Tage in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Villa verbracht. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder haben wir jeden Tag zum Einkaufen genutzt und waren sehr dankbar dafür. Das Fischerdorf ist ca. 1,5 km entfernt, was mit dem Fahrrad für kleinere Besorgungen (Frühstück) ideal ist. Jeden Tag hat uns der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf's Neue ins Schwärmen gebracht - es war einfach traumhaft. Auch der Kontakt zu Herrn Grosskopf und Frau Boško war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Es war für uns der erste Urlaub in Kroatien. Wir haben diesen mit unseren Freunden sehr genossen,was natürlich auch an der sehr schönen Villa lag. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Traumvilla mit Pool am Meer. Es war alles sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben eine unvergessliche Woche dort verbracht und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Einfach gesagt: Phantastisch!!!

Wir haben alles genauso vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Wir hatten auch vorab telefonischen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, da sich manche Fragen doch persönlich besser klären lassen. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus selber lässt natürlich keine Wünsche offen. Von der Küche, über das Wohnzimmer bis zu den Schlafzimmern und Bädern. Die Klimaanlagen in den Räumen waren bei diesem Sommer natürlich sehr angenehm. Der Pool und die Terrasse, welche teils überdacht durch den Balkon des Obergeschosses ist und dadurch Schatten spendet, ist ein Traum und der ideale Ort zu erholen. Wem der Schatten nicht reicht, kann noch die elektrischen Markisen verwenden, die den Schattenplatz entsprechend vergrößern. Wer lieber im Meer baden geht, kann einfach das Grundstück verlassen, geht über die kleine Anliegerstraße und ist schon da :-). Wir haben die Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen und möchten uns auch hiermit nochmals beim Vermieter und Nela (Kontaktperson vor Ort) recht herzlich bedanken. Es war ein rundherum gelungener Urlaub.

Stunning property!

My wife and I stayed here as part of a long over due honeymoon. Usually pictures for listings are better than the actual results. Not with this one. The property was even better than the pictures make it look. The house is new, built well, right next to the sea, has private parking, and all the amenities you'd need. If we ever end up in Croatia again, this is where we'd stay. The only things I could nitpik would be a neighbor's dog barking for hours every evening, and that the people in the village (most of Croatia in our experience, in fact) aren't very friendly. Obviously both are out of the control of the owner. All in all, this place is amazing!
