"The condition of the property was flawless. All the amenities that you will need, and modern. This is located in a quiet neighborhood with not a lot of places to eat or see nearby. There is a Lawson, Family Mart and 7-11 within 10 mins walk, and 3 vending machines within 3 mins walk.The air conditioning worked great thankfully, becuase it was very hot when we went. "良い点は、ロケーション最高、駐車場あり、大人数で宿泊可能なのはここしかない、とってもリーズナブルという点。 気になった点は、お風呂場の下水道臭、押し入れや食器棚の中がめちゃくちゃで整理されていない、玄関の鍵がなかなかかからず力ずくで簡単に開けられそう、3階天井のコードがブラブラしている、洗剤が設置してあるような写真掲載あったが実際はないこと、パーテーションが安定せずガタガタで倒れそう、トイレの電気がなかなかつかないこと。特に困ったのは、人数が多かったのでソファベッドをベッド使用したかったが工具が必要でできないこと。せめてソファとして使えたら良かったが、ソファとしてもマットレス全てが斜めでずり落ちてくるので使用不可なのは困った。フラットにする方法がわからないならソファベッドはないと案内するか新調するほうがいい。結局3階押し入れの布団を運んでそれを敷くことにした。ドライヤーは１０秒使用後爆発音がし煙が出て使えなくなったが、問い合わせたところ翌日には対応してくれた。一日目は全員濡れた髪で寝ました。老朽化は値段を考えると仕方ないし理解してるので是非改善できる点はしてくれたら快適になるはずです。"

"洗衣服的地方在頂樓，每一層樓都要爬樓梯梯兩個房間一個廚房起居室。 訂房上面有提供飲水機，但實際上沒有已經取消了。 附近有名不是普通的多，就算有男性陪同，也都會讓人有擔憂的感覺。女生單獨住宿的話不建議，有男性友人陪同比較好。"
