「The hotel is quite clean and hotel staff are very helpful. Close to the tram stop Gülhane, it only takes 2 minutes walk to go to the hotel. The hotel location is really great. Situated between the Sirkeci and Sultanahmet, one can easily stroll to the Topkapi Palace, Sultanahmet area, Sirkeci train station and many other old town attractions. We stayed there for 6 nights and we will definitely come back.」

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially because I had booked the wrong dates, and arrived a day early according to the reservation. 「总体来说，地理位置，环境，服务各种满意。唯一一点因为是晚上的航班，所以上午退房后想寄存行李，市内逛一下，下午再回酒店拿。结果被问了几次几点回去，还建议我们拿着行李出去就不用倒回浪费时间。（我们每人都是一个十几公斤重的行李箱+一件不轻的行李包）。没有专门行李寄存处，是放在前台前面角落。感觉有点微妙」

「The room is small in space but it very clean. The facility is very compact. It is located outside a small street full of restaurants. You would be asked a few times to eat while you walk by. It is a short distance to walk to the major attractions, like St Sophia church and the blue mosque. It is easy to change money and take trans to get around once you are at the area of St. Sophia church. 」

「Extremely new hotel in a very conveinent location. Can walk across the bridge to the Old Town area and within walking distance to Taksim (which is not so interesting tho). Excellent breakfast and superb view from the restaurant especially the upper floor (a bar). Dinner serves delicious Italian food if you don’t love Turkish food like me. Some noise on Sat night till 1am though and shower door has poor design which makes the floor flood.」

「很差，房间空调一天内修了四次，酒店方面没有任何歉疚，在我们强烈要求下才换了一个同标准房间，态度是他们已经给我们换房间了，就不需要道歉。是我们住过的bestwestren最差的酒店，没有之一。」

「酒店的位置不错，就在赛马场边上，离蓝色清真寺100米左右。早餐是这次土耳其之行五家酒店里最好的，水果品种丰富、新鲜，品质高。但是酒店所有房间都面对马路，而且用的是不隔音的木窗户，非常非常吵，晚上十二点才安静一点，早晨七点又开始热闹了，我的房间可能是在厨房上方，每天早上都被准备早饭的热闹和聊天声音吵醒。经济房比照片展示的小很多，因为丈夫临时决定加入我们的旅游行程，当时已经没有家庭间或者三人间可以置换了，老板给的单人间价格又比平台预定的标价高很多，我们就给他订了附近的另一家酒店，结果老板就不乐意让他帮我们把行李送上楼，每天上午他来找我们会合，老板都想让他登记护照，让人非常不爽。相应的，我们去丈夫入住的酒店参观房间，就没这些恶心人的情况发生。」

「This place is pretty good in terms of price. It is located close to the seaside and not too far to walk to the major attractions like St. Sophia and blue Mosque. The hotel allowed us to store our luggages when we arrived like 9 AM and they transfered our luggages to our room when we were back to the hotel in the evening, which was nice. The downside is their breadfast was very poor with 6 us dollars charge each person.」
