"My pillow covers all had stains. There was a spill housekeeping never mopped up from before we checked into our room. There was a chocolate stain on my bed spreads. And had a nasty hair all over it. Shower floor was sticky hair all over. "

"This will be our go to hotel anytime we visit. Its super close to the airport and rental car pickup and they also have a shuttle to the airport. Rooms were nice and clean food was great and the Starbucks inside was super convenient. The young lady that helped checked me in was super nice!! "

"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I was charged in advance for 4 days of parking and paid $172 for parking, however only on the first day there was a parking spot available. On the other days, the parking was full because the hotel overbooked the parking spaces. In other words, they charged for a service they were not able to provide. When I went to the front desk to resolve the situation, the service was poor and not helpful. Nobody seemed interested in actually solving the problem or offering a fair solution. It was a very frustrating and disorganized experience. On top of that, they charged me a $100 deposit at check in and after check out they returned only $68 without any explanation. I left the room in perfect condition, I barely used the room, basically only to sleep at night, I didn’t use the minibar and there was no damage at all. Even so, they simply kept part of my money with no transparency. Overall, the hotel showed lack of organization, lack of transparency with charges, and very poor customer service. I do not recommend this hotel and I definitely would not stay here again."

"Food was fine, the airport shuttle was good, property location is near the airport so expect noise (bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper) but the thing that really grossed me out and was a HUGE disappointment was I got bed bug bites right after sleeping there for one night only. I failed to check the mattress before hand, but I was not pleased by this at all."
