「nice clean」

「Lovely clean facilities. Well renovated old building in modern style. Great location. Plenty of sights & restaurants nearby」

「The environment is good with adequate space and scenary view. Nice experience with the room and breakfast buffet. The service is also pretty good. Also convenient with the transportation (both bus and metro).」

「Hotel is ok … so….so , not very clean Closets have dust , I want put my clothes , I need to clean first. upper very dusted … Good area close with mall」

「Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.」

「The staff was so kind and so helpful. I loved it」

「Clean rooms」

「It was a decent and relatively clean place.」

「酒店位於市中心，交通十分方便。」

「Breakfast excellent. Gym shabby. Nice lobby but shabby narrow corridor. Comparable to 3star hotels in the states.」

「Clean. Quite good. Even better if the room is brighter. 」

「Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.」

「In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria, all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm. It's ridiculous to me. By the way,the location is far from the nord station!don't recommend.」
