「We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. 「Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had a strong sewage/drain smell. I immediately reported this to reception and requested a room change, but this was refused. Instead, I was told that a cleaner would attend the room. The cleaner was friendly and professional and changed the bedding in front of us, but she was unable to address the underlying issue.
