Appartement spacieux, reposant avec vue sur la mer avec balcon et un autre balcon côté rue. A 50 m du grand marché le vendredi. Vous posez votre véhicule et vous faites tout à pied soit par la plage soit par la rue. Idéal pour une famille.

L’appartement est très bien situé et fonctionnel. Le bassin de baignade juste devant la sortie de l’immeuble est un véritable atout.

Super séjour

Appartement très bien pensé, et très bien situé à côté du plan d'eau de la Bernerie permettant de se baigner quelle que soit la marée. Très calme et à côté de tous les commerces. A noter que contrairement à l'annonce les draps et serviettes sont inclus !
