「Our room had no windows. I wouldn’t have rented it if I had known that. Also the seating area outside our room had no sound absorbency so when we were trying to sleep, people coming into the room on their way to the elevator were very loud. Staff were very nice. Atmosphere of the hotel was kind of sterile.」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「The room was clean, is spacious, the bed was comfortable. The A/C worked perfectly. I was contacted very frequently about my stay, they kept sking if everything was good, if I needed anything. I really felt well taken cared of. There are no courtains and daylight lits the room very early in the morning, interrupting our sleep. The last night of our stay someone made really strong noices I did not recognized if they came from the roof or next door, but it was annoying.」

「I stayed at the property for over a week. It had a contactless check-in with no front desk or customer service. Directions were confusing, but we found our room. The unit had two bedrooms, a twin and a queen bed, a small balcony, a living and dining area, and a small smart TV. The internet worked well, and the kitchen had basic utensils, a stove, and a mini-fridge, but no microwave. There was a communal microwave in the lobby. The bathroom was fine, but the hand towel holder fell off the wall....

「Property was exactly as stated in the listing. Everything I needed was available, and had no issues with the apartment. It is a historic building so there is dampness/moisture scents however, with the air conditioner it was fine. The location is amazing and the room was very quiet at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location and would recommend it highly.」
