「We had a great experience staying in this hotel, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were big and comfortable, spotless, the AC work very well, the location was right in the middle of the best areas of the city not too far by car to the Provenza area and all the nice resturants and bars in town, keep in mind the Medelling is heavy in traffic. 「Our unit was like a tiny home. My daughter loved the loft. The flooring had gaps from poor installation but the apartment was clean and the property staff were prompt and courteous.. The mattress would be considered comfortable for colombian standards. Shower was small. Did not have hot water for about 6 hours one day but staff helped correct the issue.. All in all I would give it a 8.5 out of 10.. 」
