“All the hotel staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive; they were always looking out for our needs. My room had an amazing view, and the hotel is very conveniently located near plazas and restaurants.”

She smiled always and did everything we needed, acted as concierge, bussed tables, recommended restaurants and places to visited, day and night. Every other staff member was the same. Even security helped with our Uber”

The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with details that make a difference. The staff was consistently kind and attentive, always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside I noticed was that the restaurant service could use some improvement, as it tended to be quite slow……

Had very good coffee and nice breakfasts. The place was very clean with good A/C. Felt very safe walking in the area, even in the evening ”
