Wonderful Property

My husband and I stayed at this property for a month. It's a wonderful home with great amenities. It's located a short walk from the Spanish Springs Center. The home is very well appointed, with comfortable furniture, lots of storage space and extras such as bikes and the golf cart. We would totally recommend this home to others.

The Perfect Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best of both worlds - the location is half way between Spanish Springs & Sumpter Landing and easy to drive to on the buggy.The property is newly refurbished and is very stylish.The area is quiet.Instructions for everything were clear and easy to follow.We had the best time there.

Excellent property

This house was stocked with everything you could imagine. Plenty of linens, blankets, kitchen supplies and had a few esstentials available to get you started which was super nice, so you didnt have to run to the grocery store as soon as you got there. We loved the location. About 5-7 minutes (golf cart ride) to Spanish Springs and 15 minute trip to Sumter Landing. Golf cart provided looked brand new. House must have been remodeled and looked beautiful inside. New kitchen cabinets and really nice applianes. Quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed walking every morning. I would highly recommend this property. The management company was super nice and easy to communicate with. My only regret is we couldnt have stayed longer. My favorite VRBO so far

Wonderful stay at The Villages.

Lovely home with extras

Stayed for a week in October. Comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and has easy access to Spanish Springs. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, use of the new bicycles and golf cart as well as the lanai for morning coffee or evening cocktails. It would have been helpful to have some information about bike and golfcart paths to get around. We ended up figuring it out using our GPS as well as some trial and error. My only big complaint is that the primary bed was very uncomfortable (much too firm for our liking).Other than that it is a great house in a good location.

Great Villa

All good except the bicycles were not roadworthy. Brakes were not good Gears did not work on one.Tyres were flat although pump available to blow up 3 tyres but other tyre had a different valve
