「The pool and people were grest!」

「We stayed 4 nights. We reserved two queen beds for 4 guests total and when we checked in they informed us that they had over sold their rooms and could only give us a king bed with a pull out couch. On our last day we never even received house keeping services at all. We had to ask for more towels, more toilet paper and shampoo/ conditioner every day. The fire alarms went off at 9 pm one of the nights and we had to evacuate. Elevators were not always working. 」

「The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer 」

「This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. 」
