Beautiful Home with great attention to detail!

This was such a needed break from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The home is beautifully furnished, and stocked with all manner of thoughtful amenities often not found in other vacation homes. The ice-cream maker with simplified instructions encouraging guests to use it made for a really fun evening of coming up with the perfect ice cream flavor! Looking forward to booking this cabin again!

The cabin was so cute! We had such a wonderful time celebrating my sister’s birthday here. Plenty of space, a lovely view, and a cozy place to call home. Had everything we needed, including baking-ware for a last minute cupcake order! Super convenient get away!

Weekend stay

We had a pleasant weekend stay. Plenty of walking trails and activities to do as a family. Kitchen could have been cleaned better, especially the floors and pans. They were quite greasy. Plenty of towels, sheets were crispy clean. Pls sweep under beds, oil the bathroom door and provide a sponge scrub in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. Just what our family needed.

Fun cozy clean place

Place was really fun the only problem that this rental was relayed to vancasa very difficult to communicate with. I had just checked out and realized we forgot personal belongings they would not allow us to go back in. That i would have to rent or pay money to have personal belongings to be sent to us. I was really dissapointed with Van Casa first time using them and last time.

My job is very stressful. I needed a break and some peace and quiet. When I saw the House of the Rising Sun I thought it was perfect. That was an understatement! The cabin was in a great location. It was cozy and had many small details that made it super personal. There was a coffee station (loved) and an ice cream station! I made homemade peach honey ice cream. I sat on the patio and looked at the beautiful sky. The bed was so comfortable and the air was amazing. My spirit was renewed!

Cozy and beautiful

Our family had a wonderful time! The place was beautiful and spacious! Close to Arrowhead Village and many other amenities. We loved being able to hang out and watch Christmas movies and make meals.. We did a day drive to Big Bear and a great hike nearby the house.

We loved the cabin. We had enough rooms/beds for our entire family. The setting was very tranquil and we enjoyed our stay. We could not get the 1 TV to work but if you have a gaming system that may not be a problem. I felt at home and would stay here again. :-)

Really nice place! Not very communicative hosts.

I tried reaching out several times for some questions and never heard back. Also downstairs TV doesn't have any streaming capabilities. Bring a chromecast or something !
