"This place should be shut down for immediately reconstruction. The staff was not professional, the first night stay we couldn’t the television to change from one channel. Had to contact the front desk three times. The toilet ran all night long. The AC sounded like a freightliner truck, dog barking, people’s closing doors all night long. People hanging around on the outside of the property. If it’s I would like a refund"

"Parking was easy and secure. The breakfast was not what I expected. The staff was excellent and ready to assist."

"hated breakfast i looked at it, didn't for how it looked or what u had didn't eat any during my stay, parking ok. and because rooms for disable person can be double beds i was told i had to keep that room and he couldn't changed it, i think it was more he didn't want too. almost fell twice in that dam shower."

"The area was kind of run down, but not too bad. Overall the stay was nice. The breakfast was AMAZING! We did randomly receive a call one night asking if our jeep was parked under the awning. We don’t have a jeep. I thought that was odd since you have to put what you drive when you check in. "

"The pool was nice to have but needed to be cleaned, it was pretty dirty. The kitchen had all of the necessary amenities but again, things were not put away clean. We had to wash everything before using it. Based on the listing of the bedroom layouts, it stated that one room had a queen, a full and a twin in it, we chose this house because it would allow very few people to have to sleep on a couch. There was no queen bed present in the room but we found a queen mattress topper in the closet. This is not a bed. For a house that is not pet friendly, all of the couches had claw marks and were picked from the presence of an animal and they were covered up with table runners and blankets to hide their shabbiness. We arrived to a constant chirping from something in the garage (turned out to be a dying battery in the door opener). We were told by the manager to unplug it. The dying battery is not fixed by eliminating power, it is caused by the door opener not having power and the battery needing to do all of the work. We found lights we could not turn on and were told it was because of a GFI outlet by the pool that "trips sometimes" and it just needs to be reset. Resetting it did not fix the problem. It is also not a safe way to have a home that people are renting. There was an outlet outside that did not have an outlet cover over it. There were many light switches that did not appear to control anything but that could also have been related to the tripped GFI near the pool. "

"I appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail in this house. Thank you for the use of the clean washer and dryer, the smart tv’s with automatic sign off at check out, the cozy screen porch, the chocolate covered strawberries, and the easy to understand house info. I slept well and felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The location suited my needs for visiting mom in the southern villages. I found a delightful ice cream shop nearby featuring evening karaoke and theme nights: Mystic Ice Cream. See you next visit!"
