“Great location in Downtown Denver. Only complaint is that the highway traffic is noisy all day and night but I knew that going in.”

“What a wonderful, clean, exceptionally appointed place this rental this is! Perfectly located to all the activities I booked for the weekend and so easy to access. Will definitely return to this rental our next trip toColorado!”

“Great location. Great communication with host. Very clean.”

“We have stayed at Espadin in Denver several times and have always enjoyed our stay overall. This last time was a disappointing in terms of the cleanliness and condition of the unit. There was hair in the sink and the shower in the bathroom and it looked like there was a quick cleaning pass over the rest of the unit. Also, the sheets on the bed and pillows were awful. “Wonderful condo in very friendly neighborhood near a awesome park that is historic n popular Niche neighborhood with numerous restaurants cafes n that homie feel. Host was kind and available as needed for questions. The condo was spotless and amazing with a porch for chilling out . I would return. This is A plus”

“It was a great place to stay while in Denver! Would highly recommend”

“Great place. We’ll stay here again. ”

“The location is excellent - in a great neighborhood with lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Zuni street brewing is right next door with different food truck options every night. The apartment is bright with large windows and a deck with views of downtown.”

“Corners of the bed a bit dangerous. Both of us have bruises on our legs from hitting the edge off the bed frame. ”

“It was a great experience.”

“A great Denver downtown stay. Very clean with a comfortable bed and two extra roll away beds. There is a parking garage underneath that you can pay to park in. They didn’t let us know about needing to pay for until a few hours before check in but we paid and it was worth it. There are some restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again. The owner was extremely responsive to messages.”

“Our stay was just lovely! Such a clean, light-filled and fun place to stay while visiting Denver. The dedicated parking spot was an added bonus.”
