「Picked this hotel because of location close to the airport. Turns out it is one block from the central station in Hounslow . There is a subway that goes directly to green park close to the Buckingham palace., subway also goes to the airport only a few minutes away. The hotel is an 1880s mansion converted into a bed and breakfast. Two blocks from the main street with lots of shopping in good places to eat, there is also a 24 hour convenience store right across the street. Would highly...

「The staff is very friendly.」

「This hostel is situated in the back yard of another motel and there is no sign post. I walked up and down the street several times before I finally got information from the neighboring hotel. The shower is not good.The water is either freezing cold or extremely hot. And I have difficulty finding my way out the next day. They should have clear signs showing the entrance. The room is alright though. 」

「I would love to emphasise the helpfulness of the staff. My payment card kept being declined and not at anypoint they made me fell uncomfortable. We managed tonwork towards the solution. Hence I hive a top mark for my stay. Eventhough the room was on top of a busy pub, I didnt hear a word of the crowd downstairs. The room had a fan that helped a bit with the humid night but probably next time I will choose not the single room. Thank you for all your kindness」
