「Excellent stay」

「Very nice hotel. Good location, good service.」

「This property is situated right on the Thames which allows walking access to all kinds of restaurants and shops! It's also convenient to get down town to the center. It has great access to views, especially the Richmond View Point. A beautiful coffee/bar place inside the property offering all sorts of options! A fantastic place to rest and relax for a journey! Night life was also assessable just blocks down!」

「寧靜及優雅附近環境，步行10分鐘附近有小商店區。也算鄰近機場，巴士40分鐘」

「The size of the room is good, but there are no supplies in the bathroom, no toothpaste/toothbrush set, no hairdryer, etc… Because the kettle was broken and replied with no replacement, have to ask the front desk to provide a bottle of water instead. 」

「Anna was fantastic at check-in and ordering a one, kudos!! Food was excellent.」

「房间比较小比较旧，前台工作人员很热情」

「Staff is friendly.」

「Dishan is awesome and very helpfull. Is a cozy place , few minutes walk from Hounslow Central Station. There are a variety of places to dine .」

「Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived with a confirmed Expedia reservation, but the hotel was unable to honor it because no rooms were available. Andrea at the front desk explained that she could not find me a room, but she did try to call other hotels to help me find alternative accommodation. I appreciate her effort, but the situation was still very frustrating. Expedia was also unable to resolve the issue because the hotel did not answer their call, leaving me to pursue a refund...

「It’s very good value and well situated in terms of transport networks for London with Twickenham and all its amenities on the doorstep. Staff are friendly and attentive. Ideal for people looking for somewhere that provides all the basic necessities at competitive prices.」

「Easy access to Heathrow and the tube」
