“This property is situated right on the Thames which allows walking access to all kinds of restaurants and shops! It's also convenient to get down town to the center. It has great access to views, especially the Richmond View Point. A beautiful coffee/bar place inside the property offering all sorts of options! A fantastic place to rest and relax for a journey! Night life was also assessable just blocks down!”

“The size of the room is good, but there are no supplies in the bathroom, no toothpaste/toothbrush set, no hairdryer, etc… Because the kettle was broken and replied with no replacement, have to ask the front desk to provide a bottle of water instead. ”

“The hotel is so old, everything in the room just feel like back to 40 yrs ago. There still trash in the washroom when we got into the room. There was stain inside the toilet. Bedsheet was worn out. The photos from Expedia are far different from what we experienced.
Staff is nice.”

“Extremely disappointing experience.
I arrived with a confirmed Expedia reservation, but the hotel was unable to honor it because no rooms were available. Andrea at the front desk explained that she could not find me a room, but she did try to call other hotels to help me find alternative accommodation. I appreciate her effort, but the situation was still very frustrating.
Expedia was also unable to resolve the issue because the hotel did not answer their call, leaving me to pursue a refund……
