"The hotel team made the stay. Could have staffed more servers by the pool area, but bartenders were always accessible. Shelly stood out - took wonderful care of my family. Also, room staff were great. For example, Allen greeted us a couple mornings warmly and genuinely as he passed us in the hallway. Great way to start the day. The restaurant manager at Ria in the evening (dark curly long hair) took great care of us, as well. The staff care about the guests and take pride in representing The Ritz. We are contemplating returning next year if our schedules allow."

"This house was perfect. It was spacious with lots of room for all of us. Plenty of amenities to make the stay feel like home. Our original stay was for 3 nights but because the job my husband was working on kept getting changed, we continued to add more days. The host was extremely accommodating and made it very easy to ask questions if we needed too. There is a beautiful pool that we enjoyed after our days at the beach. This house is perfect for anyone needing to stay in Naples. "
