Over several nights, I experienced multiple bites while sleeping — and on the last night, my son also woke up with bites. He later told me he saw dead bugs in the bed before sleeping.
I also discovered a pest monitoring device under the bed, which suggests this was a known issue. When I raised my concerns to hotel staff, I was dismissed and blamed, and despite speaking with the manager, I was told I would not receive a refund because I didn’t have “evidence.”
I have photos and documented the entire interaction, and I’m extremely disappointed in how this was handled. At the very least, I expected care and accountability — instead, I was made to feel like I was lying.
