The house is a new build, it has high ceilings and feels airy and spacious. The bathrooms are new and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with with all the necessities of a kitchen and in addition there are two coffee machines, a toaster, a kettle, a blender etc. The backyard patio and the pool felt private and very pleasant. Mostly sunny in the afternoon. The garage has new beach chairs and beach umbrellas and that was very useful. The host Sarah was very responsive and helpful. Overhaul a great place to stay in Naples FL. "

"Excellent hotel with a fantastic location. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and carpet-free—which I really appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. I requested a wake-up call and was pleasantly surprised to receive an actual phone call from a person. As an extra touch, they turned on all the lights and opened the windows a few minutes later, which was perfect for someone who might otherwise fall back asleep. We loved our stay and would absolutely return."
