「We particularly enjoyed the silly-but-fun luge ride. The canopy walk was also beautiful, even though the waterfall wasn't running due to it being the dry season. The pool was refreshing. Service at the restaurant, however, was quite slow.」

「Decent spot to rest for a fair price.」

「Beutiful hotel and facilities right on the river. Staff was wonderfull and helpfull, and the location is perfect, quiet yet only a couple minutes walk from downtown.」

「The staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel is on the same street as the night market which was a bonus! I highly recommended this hotel! 」

「Great views from restaurant and bar; great sunrise/sunset spots; nice pool area; really nice streams everywhere; breakfast nice but some more vegetarian options would be nice; coffee and plate clear up at breakfast should be improved; arrival and check-in could be more welcoming; bird watching promoted but no official guide available; bird species booklets expensive; trekking guide spoke no english and was not helpful at all for the price」
