Relax with the whole family at this newly renovated peaceful place to stay. NO PARTIES, NO PET, NO EVENTS, NO EXCEPTIONS!! featuring a large & deep pool w/ covered patio seating (not heated), 10 Min. drive away from the strip with easy highway access situated in a very quite neighborhood near airport car rental. Newly remodeled house has 2 bed 2 bath, 2 queen size beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa can accommodate up to 6 guests. Covered 2-car garage, fully equipped kitchen makes it a perfect crib for small groups, families.

Fantastic Stay

The accommodations was perfect, the quiet neighborhood was exactly what we were looking for! What stands out the best for us, was the proximity to night life in Vegas and the proximity to touring the Grand canyon and other great sights we explored! I highly recommend this quaint place!

True Paradise!

If you’re coming to Vegas, this is certainly THE place to stay! The pool is an incredible feature of this property and we used it morning, noon and night. :)Plenty of space in the bedrooms, clean and updated bathrooms and the kitchen was well stocked. 5 mins to the airport and 10 to the strip. Thanks to Maya and Turk for the awesome stay!

UNLV graduation

Came up for UNLV graduation. Perfect for the 4 of us. Very close to the airport but surprisingly you can’t even hear the planes. Clean house and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our time there.

Summer Vacation

We had a great, relaxing and fun time. The house and pool were clean, the owners were friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Everything stated about the house was true, during the day we enjoyed our time in the pool and in the evening we enjoyed our time on the strip which was close to the house. Overall we had a great time and would stay again.

Very clean and close to freeway. Maya was quick to return my emails and provide all info. She was very easy to work with and even allowed us to check-in early.thank you! House was well equipped and beds comfortable. I would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay.

Very clean and tidy home. The kitchen was organized and easy to find what we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed the pool. It was clean and well kept. We appreciated the inflatable chairs/floatys to relax on in the pool. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe as I went for a few walks. This is also a great location being near the strip and airport. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Great short stay!

We had a great 4 day stay at this property and it was exactly as described. Easy to find, great size, pool is fantastic and the shade beside the pool is perfect for those hot Vegas days. Fully stocked kitchen was great and it was so nice to have some coffee to start our trip before we headed to the grocery store. Really good location, only about a 10-15 min trip from the Strip. Only possible improvement would be some additional window coverings in the bedrooms. It gets kind of bright early in the morning. All in all a great property that I would definitely book again!

The property was cery nice and clean. Only exception was, all the windows and doors were unlocked except the front door. As a army and war veteran, security is high priority for me, so i locked them all.

WWWY Festival Weekend Stay

Maya & Turk were easy to communicate with. The property was clean and upgraded. It was a perfect spot to relax after a long music fest day. A dip in the pool made it all the better. Quiet neighborhood. We will be back in April to enjoy it again.
