perfect location & residence off the Strip
I couldn’t be happier with the residences at the Signature Tower 1 suites from MGM. I didn't even know these towers existed, and I go to Vegas quite often. **Rare Find**This was such a relief, because I was there for a work conference, and I needed peace and quiet when I came home or through the lobby in the evening.Check-in was simple and easy. The check-in host was kind and informative about the property. The amenities were fantastic, especially with Starbucks in the lobby between towers one and two. Access to and from the monorail, which is out at the MGM, was very simplistic. Uber/Lyft pick up and drop off conveniently located right at the property entrance. There are restaurants that you can get takeout from or sit down at a table and chairs in the food court at the MGM, which is only an eight-minute walk.The condo residence was perfect for me, and it would be accommodating if there were two people and maybe a child. It was also quiet since you were not on the strip or part of a casino. I got to use the pool, which was a nice vibe, and they had cabanas and chairs available. Towels, water were also available. I did not get to use the gym, but I did peep my head in, and it looked nice. I will recommend folks to stay if you don’t want to be on the Strip or in the chaos of Las Vegas.My specific room was on the 38th floor, which was the top floor penthouse. It had great views, but no balcony, which was OK. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had plenty of towels.
