Pete, parking is as expected for the area: pay for valet on some days, or pay to park a couple blocks away, no biggie. They do have free onsite parking but it is limited, but again, if you have ever been to downtown st. Pete, this is typical& i cant be mad at it. We were made aware,……

“We've stayed in a Moxy before and this was a little disappointing for a few reasons. Our "balcony" was literally a dirty patio overlooking another part of the building. Cigarette butts and an old lime. Also our curtains needed to be swabbed for DNA because there were a couple of questionable stains. Water pressure lacking in the shower. The rubber part on the edge of shower door was falling off. And whoever the woman was working the coffee shop Friday morning needs to cheer up and make……

“Staff was helpful and knew the area. The bistro was a little fast food-like but had a bar and great staff. I didn’t have time for the pool or gym but they were close to an elevator that wasn’t crowded. The room was stocked and refilled with coffee pods. Only negative was the sound of wires or something banging in the wind outside my corner room on the sixth floor that woke me from sleep. PS. There is a daily fee for mandatory valet parking and relatively few alternative options (the Valet……

“Garbage cans overflowing upon arrival. Coffee place very mismanaged and dirty. Rooms are old and it is very noticeable. Bathroom had hair in the bathtub. Will never come back here!”

“Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. Rooms were clean. Staff is small and not present 24 hours but friendly. Bathroom was tiny but manageable. Bed was comfy. More like an ABNB than a hotel. Parking was a block away. Great for a quick night or two in the town. ”

Room was horrible; had mold, towel holder in bathroom was attached by tape and fell off, AC unit was held together with tape and was broken, they put a new window unit in, room smelled like moldy. The elevator was broken so we had to carry our bags up stairs and at 66yo that was not fun. I kept socks on because the hardwood floors were not real clean. The only good part of stay was the front desk staff. They were very friendly and did best to help.……
