「The staff was amazing! Perfect view. The only negative is the sargassum. On some days it smelled really bad.」

Breakfast was really good with different options, and included two different juice types that changed daily. Also coffee and ice water. The staff was very attentive to our needs, booking massages, golf cart rentals, and outings. Would 11/10 recommend this hotel. 」

「This was my first solo trip ever and it couldn’t have been any better. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The villa was gorgeous and I felt like I was nestled in the jungle. The outdoor shower was the best. The spa was amazing. I was booked for a massage on my second day and I unfortunately got so sunburned the day before but they were able to get me in for a body wrap to help soothe my skin. Some of the nicest people and it was all so chill here.」

「We had a wonderful week's stay and, like other reviewers, can't say enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves. Quick highlights: + First and foremost, all the very friendly, and helpful staff. + Spacious, well appointed room with very comfortable king bed and balcony with ocean view. + Hotel restaurant, pool, little beach, shuttle-boat and other amenities were excellent and made for a luxurious and relaxed five-star vacation.
