"It did have nice views no doubt. It had alot of maintenence that it just wasn't getting. We were told to keep the screens closed to keep the bugs and geckos out. Problem was at least 8 of the screens were torn and even with everything closed we had maybe 7-10 geckos get in the house during our stay ..."

"My unit was very clean, well appointed (full kitchen, lots towels, toiletries, etc). The project as a whole appears very worn, dated, in serious need of updating, renovation and repair. Partially filled ponds, stained exteriors and the like. This was a very nice property 50 years ago."
